  1. Been on the attack for 3 days and have put on 4lbs started at 8st 9lb now 8st 13lb WHAT IS HAPPENING????

  2. It's hard to say without knowing what have you been eating and how your daily routine looks. For me 8st 13lb would be very thin, so also depends on you heigh and body shape. If you exercise you might be gaining muscle (ways more than fat) thanks to the upped protein intake.
