The recipes are not really geared towards the Dukan Diet but it is an interesting read nevertheless..
The first phase of the Dukan diet, the attack phase, consists of protein only. This would be easy if you eat fish but being a vegetarian this is not an option for me. Tofu is probabably the best replacement.
